In order to provide our customers with a good quotation as quickly as possible, we have divided the preparation of a quotation into two steps. Of course, a quote is completely without obligation. Is the step-by-step plan not completely clear? Call or email and we will explain.

Step 1: measure yourself and take photos
Please provide us with the dimensions of the windows by email, together with photos showing the windows in their entirety. We prefer to receive photos of both the inside and outside. This helps us to make a good assessment of the situation. You will receive a quote based on this information.

Step 2: we measure final sizes
Do you agree with the quotation? Our technician will then come and measure the windows and you will receive a final quote. If you agree to this, we will order the glass.

For a good quote we need the following information:

• The dimensions of the windows. Measure the windows with a tape measure or measuring tape. This is done as follows: measure from the edge of the visible glass, at the glazing bead, to the glazing bead on the other side. As in the image below. Do this for both the width and the height. It does not have to be accurate to the millimeter, because once approved, our technician will come by to take the final dimensions.
• Photos of the windows. Preferably from both the inside and the outside.
• Your address details.
